Any individual who has attained the age of 18 years is eligible to join the Council as a Member.

       Any individual desirous of becoming a Member of the Council should send a duly filled-in Enrolment Form  to the Council along with necessary subscription.  Subscription may be paid  through cash or crossed Banker's Cheque or Demand Draft, drawn in favour of Consumer Protection Council, Rourkela and payable at Rourkela.

              If you feel the Council should be strengthened in the larger interests help us to enrol your friends and relatives as Members of the Council.
